The
Develop Ineo+ 224e is supplied with a full 4 hour service level support agreement.
The service charge for this is 0.4p per black copy and 3.8p per colour copy, invoiced monthly or quarterly.
The service agreement covers you for all parts, toner and engineers time. We only
use genuine Develop/Konica Minolta parts and consumables.
If you choose not to take out a service agreement we can still supply the machine, but there will be an additional charge for delivery and the toners to set the machine up.
