The Konica Minolta bizhub 654e and 754e are supplied with a full 4 hour service level support agreement.
The service charge is calculated on your usage and charged in arrears for copies actually produced and invoiced monthly or quarterly. We do not apply a minimum billing or volume.
The service agreement covers you for all parts, toner and engineers time.
