The service charge for this is 0.4p per black copy and 3.8p per colour copy, invoiced monthly or quarterly.
The service agreement covers you for all parts, toner and engineers time.
After the initial 12 month period you can terminate this agreement without penalty as we rely solely on the provision of quality service to retain you as a customer not a dubious and underhand contractual lock-in.
