The Canon iR1024i can be supplied with a full 8 hour service level support agreement. The charge for this is £150 per anum or 15,000 copies whichever comes first and includes all engineers time, all parts and all toners. If you select this option you do not need to order any toner with the machine and you will not incur a delivery charge.
