The Canon iR-ADV C5235i is supplied with a full 4 hour service level support agreement.
The service charge for this is 0.4p per black copy and
3.8p per colour copy, invoiced monthly or quarterly. The service agreement covers you for all
servicing, routine maintenance, parts, toner and engineers time.
There are no minimum requiremnents and no hidden additional fees we simply
charge on the basis of actual usage. Your only other cost will be for paper and
print media.
