The Bizhub C250i series is supplied with a full 4 hour service level support agreement.
The service charge is calculated on your usage and charged in arrears for copies actually produced and invoiced monthly or quarterly.
The service agreement covers you for all parts, toner and engineers time. WE DO NOT APPLY MINIMUM VOLUME OR INVOICE VALUES AND DO NOT LOCK YOU IN.
