The Xerox Colour Press range is supplied with a full 4 hour service level support agreement, performed by our own Xerox trained and qualified technicians. When you buy or lease a Xerox from us you are fully supported by us and our customer friendly call and help centre system. The charges for support are 0.4p for mono prints and 3.6p for color with no minimum requirement. In return for those charges we will provide all engineers time, servicing, periodic maintenance,all parts and all toners. In addition you will receive all software updates and we provide full technical assistance on line or by help desk
